This program will take participants through the principles and practices of project management, and the application of Microsoft Project as a tool for managing projects effectively. The 12 hour program will start with an introduction to project management process, taking participants in an interactive journey from initiation to the conclusion of a project, using MS project for project scope, schedule, cost management and complete project integration.
Group activities and quizzes will be used to ensure participants will learn how to use project management methods and tools effectively, by applying what they learned to sample projects.
At the end of the program, participants will also have the required knowledge and will meet pre-requisites they need to sit for the PMI USA Project Management professional examination, the world’s most recognized credential for Project Managers.
