Objective:

  9. Assess operational efficiency using inventory turnover, receivables turnover, and asset turnover ratios to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Evaluate financing decisions by considering optimal capital structure and its impact on the cost of capital.
  11. Manage current assets, including cash, inventory, and receivables, to optimize operational efficiency.
  12. Understand the Business Valuation ratios and Basic concepts of Business valuation
  13. Calculate the cost of debt, cost of equity, and weighted average cost of capital (WACC) to assess the investment's financial feasibility.
  14. To analyze mergers and acquisitions of various types, show the ways of capturing the value drivers through mergers and acquisitions
  15. Apply capital budgeting techniques (NPV, IRR, payback period) to evaluate investment projects' profitability and viability.
