Course Administration:

• Need to complete within 2 years

Eligibility: After reviewing

• Minimum 7 years experience in HR including 2 years as Managerial Role
• Need to qualify in the profile assessment by the Authority [if required]

Self paced online learning:

• Total Learning Time: 120 hours
• Self paced learning through online material, case, book etc

Online activity: During the whole period delegate will be required to use different activities through online which will be evaluated by the Assessment Board.

Awarding Certificate:  Once delegate successfully complete all requirements (exam, assignment, action plain, learning outcomes etc) they will be awarded as ‘Certified HR Professional’ by CAP – UK. Printed certificate will be issued from CAP – UK.

Recertification: Certification Validity is 3 years. Certified Professionals need to be involved in Learning & Development [attend or facilitate] activities related with Competency Framework of CHRP at least 36 hours to achieve credit point (36 credit point) for recertification. 1 hour = 1 credit point.

Assessment System:

Pass Marks: 70% [Need to achieve individually]
