Organizations increasingly view learning and development as a strategic investment rather than a discretionary cost. However, demonstrating the value generated by training requires more than measuring attendance, participant satisfaction, or completion rates. Learning and Development (L&D) professionals must be able to establish clear evaluation criteria, collect credible evidence, connect learning outcomes with business performance, and quantify the financial contribution of training initiatives.
The Return on Investment of Training: Tools & Techniques (RITTT) program provides a practical, competency-based framework for evaluating training effectiveness and determining the financial return generated by learning interventions. The program introduces participants to the principles of training evaluation, data collection, benefit identification, cost analysis, and ROI calculation.
Participants will develop the capability to move from training activity measurement to evidence-based business impact assessment, enabling HR and L&D professionals to communicate the value of learning initiatives to senior management and other organizational stakeholders. The program emphasizes practical application, data integrity, analytical thinking, and business-oriented decision-making aligned with contemporary corporate L&D practices.
